Intestinal microbiome – The flora (and fauna) of your intestines

There are over 3000 types of bacteria in our digestive system.
In a healthy intestine, approximately 80% of the total intestinal flora should consist of good bacteria, while a maximum of 20% of the bacteria may be harmful. We even need the harmful ones so that “the good guys” remain active and alert. Since around 80% of our immune system is in the intestines, it is of great importance that the ratio of the various intestinal bacteria is in balance.
When the intestines are weakened — whether due to an unhealthy diet, illness, medication or stress — harmful bacteria take over in our intestines and displace the beneficial intestinal bacteria. This means that the bacteria's home in the intestine is changing. Therefore, since we are responsible for the worsening of the situation, we must also be the ones to improve it again. Because such a situation (unfortunately) does not correct itself. If we ignore the situation that has gotten out of control and do not take any corrective measures, the situation can continue to worsen and the likelihood of chronic symptoms such as constant tiredness, constipation and flatulence, food intolerances, hay fever, asthma, skin problems or a poor immune system increases.
What now?
The measure that can improve such a situation is called “bowel cleansing.” Such bowel cleansing is a three-stage process, which first prepares and strengthens the intestine so that it can be ideally cleansed and then built up correctly. This is not a weekend cure and also not regulated in one month, that much should be said.
As a reminder
An intact intestinal flora with the right inhabitants is not only good for a happy stomach without symptoms, but also directly relieves and strengthens your immune system.
I will guide you step-by-step through this period of rebuilding your flora and fauna so that your intestines are fit and alert and your immune system strong and invincible!
