Intestinal cleansing

Did you know that your intestines not only digest food, but also influence your hormones and brain?
Why should you do that?
Improved digestion
Bloating, diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and heartburn are caused by a disturbed intestinal microbiome. By optimising the intestinal flora, these symptoms are alleviated.
Strengthened immune system
The immune system is not located in the nose, but in the intestines. A strengthened immune system can therefore only be created by a healthy intestine.
Skin, Hay Fever and Allergies
At first glance, these and numerous other symptoms seem to have nothing in common.
The common denominator, however, is the location of their origin: namely the intestine.
Digestive system reboot
The gastrointestinal tract is much more than a simple digestive system; it could be described as the “root of the human tree.” It plays a crucial role in health and wellbeing, including immune system function, hormone balance, processing and absorption of nutrients, and even managing our emotions. The importance of individually adjusted bowel cleansing cannot be underestimated, especially when it comes to treating symptoms associated with a weakness or disorder of the immune system. These include various pain conditions, metabolic problems and a variety of chronic diseases. In the context of bowel cleansing, the gastrointestinal tract functions as a kind of protective shield that separates the outer and inner world of humans and thus significantly influences our overall health.
Even symptoms that appear to be minor or considered “normal”, such as flatulence, diarrhea, constipation or similar digestive problems, should not be ignored. These can be a warning sign of disorders in the functioning of the digestive system and lead to serious health problems in the long term.
In my practice, I don't simply rely on a standardized plan for bowel cleansing. Instead, I combine different treatment approaches and specific preparations, depending on the client's particular needs and health situation. For more complex medical conditions, it may be useful to carry out a comprehensive stool analysis in advance, during which I will be happy to assist and advise you in order to collect all the necessary information.
Time, costs and deadlines
Time and costs
You can expect around 60 minutes per appointment. The hourly rate is 120 CHF/h and is billed according to effective time spent.
Attention: Until I graduate as a naturopath (May 2025), health insurance only covers foot reflexology services. You can find more information about this here.
cancelling
I would like to point out to you that appointments at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment must be cancelled so that you do not incur any costs. Should a cancellation be made later, the costs will unfortunately be charged. Thank you for your understanding and I hope you take this into account so that I can make the best possible time schedule and use my resources effectively.
