I will also check whether you could possibly benefit from dietary supplements, special vital substances or whether detoxification or bowel cleansing would be useful in your case. When choosing foods and supplements, I pay attention to a type-appropriate composition and optimal distribution throughout the day in order to give you a holistic sense of well-being.

Each type of diet is often associated with specific health benefits or even healing promises. However, due to the variety and often contradictory information, it can be difficult to keep track and make the right choice for individual needs.

The estimated time required for the initial examination is approximately 2 hours. You should plan around 1 1/4 hours for follow-up appointments. The hourly rate is 120 CHF/h and is billed according to effective time spent.
Attention: Until I graduate as a naturopath (May 2025), health insurance only covers foot reflexology services. You can find more information about this here.

I would like to point out to you that appointments at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment must be cancelled so that you do not incur any costs. Should a cancellation be made later, the costs will unfortunately be charged.
